I’m truly sorry to hear about the experience you had at our café. It’s completely unacceptable that you had to wait so long for your order, and that the food you received was cold and lacking in flavour. This is not the standard of service or quality we strive to provide. As I am the only person running everything at the café, there can occasionally be delays, especially when there are previous orders in the kitchen. However, this does not excuse what happened during your visit, and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience it caused. Please know that we prepare all of our food in-house using fresh ingredients to ensure the highest quality. We do this to avoid situations like this, so it’s particularly disappointing that we did not meet those expectations during your visit. I will be looking into what went wrong to make sure this doesn’t happen again. We would like to offer our sincerest apologies and provide you with a full refund for your experience.
