Hi @thesongneverdies, I'm truly sorry to hear that your wife got sick, and I want to assure you that your concerns are taken very seriously. The health and safety of our guests are at the core of what we do, and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I’d like to clarify a few points to address your worries: Dairy Sources & Cross-contamination: Dairy is only present in our coffee and dessert stations (for milk and ice cream). There is absolutely no dairy where we cook and build our meals. We’ve taken extra steps to ensure this, including having separate griddles and utensils specifically for our vegan proteins, which are placed on your plate at the end of the line to avoid any cross-contamination. Kiosk Ordering: While you do place orders through a kiosk, we always have staff available to assist with any specific needs, including allergy concerns. We even have a call bell at the kiosk to make sure you can get help if we're busy. Vegan Offerings: While it’s true that we’re no longer fully vegan due to the small size of the vegan community in our area, we are committed to offering vegan options. Our bowls and pockets remain fully vegan when you choose the vegan protein substitute, and all our dressings are vegan as well. I hope this clears up any misunderstandings.
