Sorry to hear you feel that way about our burgers! It would be good to know specifically which burgers you had since each one is completely unique. Some might feel they are too experimental for them. Our concept is to blend comfort food and nostalgia with creativity, exploring the full potential of plants, flavours and textures. We don't skimp on size or quality of ingredients and one or two of the burgers are mighty beasts in terms of size, mainly the kimchi burger! You could try squishing them a bit first or eat with a knife and fork. For over 4 years, we have had these burgers on the menu as rotating burgers of the week at our original restaurant (O Gambuzino) with huge success. Everyone loved the burgers and didn't always want to wait for their favourite to come around. For this reason we opened a completely new space dedicated to them.
