Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts—I’m genuinely sorry to hear that your experience was less than ideal. It was never our intention to make anyone feel uneasy, and I completely understand how the artwork might have seemed inappropriate. We were aiming to capture the bold energy of 80s Soho, but we realise now that it didn’t align with the inclusive atmosphere we pride ourselves on. We’ve since removed the artwork, and I want you to know that we take your feedback seriously. When we get it wrong, we’re committed to making it right. Best, Elsa
