I disagree with Dorians, constructive reviews are always important as it helps other users. Now I know the buns are gluten free and therefore drier so I can chose to not order it. I may instead order nuggets as the reviewer said they are nice. I personally may not go to this place because I do not like businesses who can't handle a critique. We are not here to do charity shop, we are here to leave reviews on restaurants, so other users can have some more information to chose to go or not go. All businesses should be grateful to get constructive to help them get better. If their fries are cooked in a special way and are very different than typical french fries they may chose to explain it on the menu.
