Hi Brian, thank you for your feedback! We are surprised to read that your burger was disappointing, this is not the quality we strive for and would like to invite you to visit us again to eat a burger at our expense. This will also be discussed internally. Ordering with the Qr code is not a must in our restaurant but an extra tool for our guests, also we have a translation of our menu here which makes it easier for international guests. Ordering can be done at all times with our staff. We wish you a great week and hope we can host you again!
