Hey, We're baffled and very sorry you had an awkward and uncomfortable experience! Most of our team speaks English, we have English menus which we tend to give out for better explanations, and when busy we make sure to let our customers know we will take care of them. We also know that our concept isn't the easiest to understand depending on the time of the day, so we make a point to find time to explain to our new customers. We're disappointed to read this wasn't the case upon your arrival.
