Firstly I would like to thank you for your feedback. We had a new member of staff on board when you visited on this Sunday morning and he had mistakenly written 2 vegetarian breakfast on the order pad instead of vegan. I apologise for the mix up and I can assure you the kitchen staff are fully aware of the difference between vegan & vegetarian. We prepare the vegan breakfasts in separate pans and areas and is all freshly cooked to order which is why you would have had to wait longer for your breakfasts to arrive. I will also mention that we are busy every weekend especially at breakfast whether OTHER businesses are open or closed.
