Wrong @TMcD you did say that on a now-deleted comment, and Panacea used the line "...everything is vegan" on their menu etc so uhh yeah I think that pretty much means the place is (was) VEGAN. As I explained to the owner, I do not dine with people eating animals and it's not often I get/trust food from a place that isn't fully vegan; and, when I do, it's usually take-out. But that's not the point. It's just far worse when an "everything vegan" place starts selling animal products; serious slap in the face to the vegans that helped support them. Flip the situation around, how would omnivores feel if a beloved seafood place they'd been going to for years all of a sudden became completely vegan; yeah, they wouldn't like it AND would surely voice their views about it. Look, nobody would want their business to fail but, if they were so revenue-strapped to do such a radical change, given they'll likely lose as much as they'll gain from it, chances and statistics are that they'll be closed a year from now regardless.
