The park in which we are located is under construction and if we have to close because of construction issues we inform our patrons via social media every time. Our food is a Bajan/Vegan take on street food here in Barbados and around the world based on the seasonal availability of items and local tastes. We specifically call it a "Bajan" Pok'e bowl because locals love items like breadfruit, mixed veg and pineapple, which were all included in the bowl with a chickpea "fish" burger. As for the wait time, we always give a wait time for the food. On the day you came we had A LOT of customers and you would have been informed that there were a lot of orders ahead of you. And while we are sorry about the rain, we have no control over Mother Nature. Our food is made to order and it does have to cook, so if you want to come and go immediately, our food truck is probably not for you.
