I think you have a very charmed life if what you describe is "the worst experience of a life time" :-) I understand that the outdated English menu is a stupid mistake to make, and they should definitely address it. But, tbh, Loving hut can also be not very professional, as per my experience. They are both vegan restaurants where the staff are vegans who do it because of their conviction, and not because of the big $$$, so I am normally willing to be a bit lenient.
