A meal should be Satisfying - this was most certainly NOT! As for Palates, not all Palates are the same and a restaurant is supposed to cater to différent Palates - which Santa y Pura did not - for me! I have been traveling across Spain - to different regions - and sampling various Vegan restaurants - Santa Y Pura stood out as a aberration.
