Hi Chris! Thanks for the kind words and for finding us! We worked hard to find balance in our mission... we decided that it would be important to convert as many meat eaters and veggies slowly by giving them a stepping stone... hence the dairy cheese option... it's working ... pros for us is that many many neat eaters are trying it and veggies who have problems with the taste of some vegan cheese still eat with us.... cons... the dairy industry! We are hoping to phase out the veggie option as our mission takes hold... we agree it's important to loose the dairy cheese... but we decided it was also important to appeal and convert as many meaters slowly with something they are familiar with... hope this makes sense... see you soon and thank you for your ideas!
