Have you given them a one star review simply because they are no longer vegan? Presumably you don't give other places one star who have meat or dairy on their menu? Would you rather them and other places remove all vegan options? Not sure if it helps the cause to hand out 1 star reviews because of this. I'd suggesting basing a review on what their food and service is like.
