Hi! Firstly let me apologise for your experience. We were really prepared for this Sunday but we had a “rush hour” that lasted 7 hours and a lot of things on the menu just ran out. We really do want to serve more people (this is what we financially do for a living) but our kitchen capacities are what they are. We prepare everything fresh and this what can happen if we do that. As the owner I can also say that our modus operandi is rather to sell out than have a menu consisting with frozen preprepared dishes that can never sell out. We put quality over quantity. The kitchen does not close 1 hour before but it does close when we are sold out. We were still offering tables (and food) to reservations (but as far as I am informed you did not make one).
