Hello, we're so sorry you encountered an unwelcoming response. I'm afraid I don't recall this incident because I'm not often on-site and this isn't something I would say. Whether it was the owner or a manager who made you feel this way, it's unacceptable. I apologize you had such an experience. We can retroactively correct points on the Toast dashboard, but are unable to correct through the register. Only managers have permission to make such corrections.
