Dear BimbambomBommen! Thank you very much for your feedback. As we talked about it in the Bistro, we do use organic products but not everything is always organic. It is quite difficult in Hungary to source organic in all vegetables/fruits and packed goods, not to mention spices etc. Also we need to be sure our prices meet our customers' budgets, as even though quality, flavour and veganism is extremely important to us - at the end of the day it is a business and if we charged double as much for a daily menu we'd see our lines at lunch time getting shorter and shorter. This is a compromise we have to make! Believe me I'd be the happiest if we could use solely organic goods and maybe one day it'll be possible to do so. But we regret to admit that at the moment it is not. Regarding the peanut butter we use: it is from the Neatherlands :) Also there might have been some sort of misunderstanding and I do apologize if it was on our side, but we don't actually state everything is organic in our Bistro.
