Hi Wendy, I've had lunch and dinner at Graanmarkt 13. For the lunch we didn't make any reservations so they didn't know they would have a vegan over. I didn't mind that the vegan dishes looked like the regular dishes with the animal products left out since they didn't get an advance notice. I went back for dinner quite some time after I had the lunch there. I mentioned it on the online reservation and me (and a friend) contacted them by phone well in advance to ask about the vegan menu. So when I got the vegan menu and I saw it was the same as the other dishes, without the animal products, I was really disappointed. The food was nice, but it wasn't a lot of food. Even the other people at my table were still hungry after. But that could be our fault as we don't have lunch when we go out to dinner at night. Have you ever visited l'épicerie du cirque? Their vegan menu is just perfect in my opinion.
