Hello, Before saying such fake information would be great to know where you went. You came on the brunch day so yes, it's a set menu. If you come at night you'll have more options, and always FRESHLY cooked. Everything is cooked daily and the spring rolls are made each morning (Saturday and Sunday). A part of this brunch which is on Asian vibes is cold (I'm from Vietnam, I never had a salad and a spring roll served hot btw). Of course when a part of a menu is cold, it comes quickly from the kitchen because there is no need to be cooked or heated. The soup is always hot during all the shift so we just have to serve it straight away after an order. If you didn't like the food it's a thing, but pretending that the food isn't fresh is a bad and a severe accusation and not fair looking all the work we have to prepare this special brunch as everything coming out from the kitchen is homemade. About the price : organic and homemade food. You are in Montmartre and our brunch is less expensive than most of the other in the area (Average of 35/50 per person). Anyway, as you said : hopefully most of our customers (more than 500 reviews) are really happy of our little place for years now.
