Our portions are pretty big for the price, and we also make everything from scratch. As for water bottles, Carrot provides free water for customers to reduce the use of Plastic. We have plastic bottles as options for customers, but our aim is to offer customers free water, so there is no use of plastic. For the banana, we don’t prefer using single-use plastic ones, but in some cases, restaurants have to find alternatives. At Carrots, we try to be as sustainable as possible, as the majority of our packaging is based on paper.
