I’ve had a string of bad luck lately at this place. Last time I placed an order online and when I arrived at my pickup time of 35 minutes later, they visibly scrambled around and said it was almost done. They obviously had just started working on the order but did not admit to it. They just had me wait another 20 minutes in store while they started my order telling me it was almost done the whole time. It took me a while to come back after that and tonight I ordered 2 corn dogs. The first was fine but the second was refrigerator cold on the inside. I did not complain or make a fuss. I just informed them of the issue so it doesn’t happen to someone else. There was no offer of resolution just an, “Oh sorry”. Lastly we asked for our 2 slices of cake we ordered with our food. They were now down to one and we were told the other was being cut if we’d like to wait. This was another 15 minutes. To cut a piece of cake. It’s a shame that a place that was so important to me in my transition to veganism has become I place I can no longer patronize. Luckily there are many other restaurants that offer great service that I can continue to support. I hope they read this and make changes in service.
