Your comment has saddened us deeply. Compared to many vegan restaurants in Istanbul, our prices are quite reasonable. You can also be sure of the quality of the food you eat. Additionally, you’ve made a very negative comment about us charging extra money, which is a very sensitive and ethical matter. Charging extra money is out of the question. I’ve reviewed our past accounts (to see if we made a mistake), and there is no mistake in the accounts. I understand that you may not have read the disclaimer at the bottom of each page of the menu stating that “a 10% service charge is not included in the bills.” I wish you hadn’t made such a comment without being sure. It’s very upsetting.
