Hey There! Chef Harold from Ramenwell here. Sorry you felt like we skimped on tofu. I actually didn't add a lot of tofu because I found the current flavors to be sufficient and that a lot of Chef's just use tofu as a cop-out to put a vegan dish on their menu. We do take your feed back seriously and will look into increasing tofu portions as well as continue to offer more tofu as an add on. Thanks so much!
