Hi! All of the information online that they put out is centred around them being a restaurant not a bar. We also called to book a reso and they answered identifying as a bistro. I wouldn’t walk in to a self identified bar and demand to be served without ID but I would expect if they refuse to serve food without ID that should be accessible knowledge. Which in Happy Cow if someone reads my review they’ll be prepared with their ID to go in! I provided them a one star because the customer service aspect was awful! If you look at any other reviews I have done, I am not one to complain about my experiences eating out because I don’t usually experience bad customer service and in no way a difficult guest. Bad news is fine if you’re skilled in how to deliver it, she was not 🤷🏼‍♀️
