Dear TazR Thank you for your support Is close to be impossible to get a food poisoning from our restaurant because of our high hygienic standards and the hundreds of customers that we serve every day, is mostly more probable to get some bacteria from the tap water (from brushing teeth) or from the filtered water dispenser around the island or in any street food shop We take our work seriously and very professional We are Italian and the Italian kitchen is made of simple ingredients and yes if you order the vegan garlic bread you will get toasted bread with fresh garlic and some oil (nothing wrong about it) all the table are prepared with extra virgin olive oil, Himalayan salt ,black pepper n our homemade chili oil at your service I will add that the fresh garlic is a very strong natural antibiotic and anti-inflamatory The vegan chicken parmigiana is made of vegan chicken soy protein, tomato sauce and vegan mozzarella from deli Devi The pasta you ordered is with vegan cream, vegetables n truffle paste , We serve many others vegan delicious pasta (made from our Italian chef) and are all without cream but if you order the creamy one you should be cream fan (or maybe not ?) I am happy that at least you enjoyed our vegan pizza which if I don’t understand wrong was the vegan pesto chicken (limited toppings?) Well like I said the Italian kitchen is very simple and in Italy we eat mostly without many sauces n dressing Like pizza Margherita Pasta pomodoro So in my eyes your pizza was full of toppings 😅 Yes we make the effort to serve our food in a vegan key since the 2020 we have our vegan menu available for our vegan customers Thanks for coming visit us I wish you a nice holiday
