It's rather ironic that you use a term like 'white wash', while simulataneously complaining that the flavor of authentic kimchi is too spicy for your Nordic palette, and mistaking gochugaru for smoked paprika. (Probably not even knowing what is is.) It's rather telling. Our tofu is produced locallly by the same Chinese family for over 20 years, our French sourdough bread is baked in-house daily, all our flavors are spot on and this sandwich is a customer favorite. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but no one will take you seriously when you write things like 'fetishes of tofu'. Luckily, visitors these days are pretty good at weeding out crazy reviews.
