Hi there, we just wanted to confirm that all of our veg patties are vegan, except for the Zelig, which uses egg in the sesame batter which it is coated with. Therefore the majority of our veggie burgers can convert to vegan, as you've rightly said. Please speak to your waiter, who can assist with "veganising" a veggie burger :)
