First of all thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We always appreciate peoples feedback. Whoever was working that day, did they come and ask you how your food was'/'if everything was okay', we try and do this with everyone, and as none of our staff have mentioned this negative feedback, we just want to make sure they asked you, and if not we can remind them of how we connect with customers to ensure they are having a good time and everything was okay with there food. As I am sure, if they did, you would have mentioned this to them. Next, I am really sorry to hear you were disappointed with the food you had, we have so many fantastic reviews about our food, how tasty it is, I am really hoping this was a one off. I really really wish you would have mentioned it at the time, because we would have refunded you / replaced your meal with the same thing or something else, and also got down to business with what was wrong, we could have taken the time to fix any issues so that this wouldn't have happened again. Regarding price, we make almost all of our menu from scratch, to keep prices as low as possible, which is also quite time-consuming, but something we love doing because we want to be good and offer good prices. We also price compared our food to other vegan business like ours as well as other local vegan businesses, we do everything to keep our prices low, so we are sorry you think we are expensive. We actually get good feedback from customers regarding our prices compare to other vegan places in Worcestershire. I would much have preferred to ask you all of this in person / over the phone rather than like this, I really hope you don't mind that I have replied.
