Hey, I’m so sorry to hear you didn’t get what you’d hoped for. A quick explanation for why our cook asked about hollandaise - a lot of our guests order vegan because they don’t want dairy, or would prefer mushrooms to poached eggs, so “a vegan bene with hollandaise and bacon” is not uncommon. It seems like a nonsensical question, but it does have a logical origin. Thanks for your feedback, we’ll definitely work on the points you raised. Travel safe!
