Dear Ms./Mr. Iolabella, Thank you for choosing La Moi, the plant-based restaurant, as your dining destination and for sharing your feedback with us. We are thrilled to hear that you had a wonderful experience at our restaurant during your first visit. Your compliments on our service and ambiance are greatly appreciated. Regarding your second visit, we have thoroughly investigated the matter you brought to our attention and verified that it was indeed true. The La Moi Managerial team sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused and has taken disciplinary action against the staff and the on-site senior manager involved. Regarding the food, we have spoken with the kitchen team and would like to address two points: - The Rainbow rolls are prepared in advance and stored in the fridge, but only for daily use. - The Pad-Thai is freshly made for every order and typically served in under 10 minutes, as it is one of our signature dishes. However, it may take longer if the restaurant is busy. We appreciate your valuable feedback and consider it an opportunity to improve our service and offerings.
