Our vegan Corn-Schnitzel mixture is made fresh every day - sometimes if the demand is high, it can run out in the middle of the shift and takes some time to be mixed again - seems like this was the case when you were visiting. Our other vegan option (the one you had) is celery in a chickpea-parsley-breading. Sad to hear the breading was not up your alley.
