Hey Johannes😄 Sad to hear that we couldn't provide you with a good experience. All of our dishes are handmade and our ingredients are locally sourced - maybe thats why its a bit more expensive for your taste. As you said, our menu works by "mix-and-match" almost like a tapas restaurant. You can also order sizes "normal" or "small". In this way, everyone can chose exactly as much as their appetite tells them and we only have a small fraction of the food waste a restaurant chain our size normally produces. We would love it if you gave us a second chance - nowadays, we have two new vegan specials - a red beet Schnitzel and a celery salad.
