Thank you for your review. There are lots of other vegan haggises out there, so hopefully you find another one you like. Every turnip has its own personality we have found so some take on water more than others. We do peel, chop & cook all our neeps in house. It doesn't happen often, but it could be that your batch wasn't seasoned properly. If you are unhappy with your meal, please let a waiter know as they will be able to organise something with you on the day. We don't want anyone to leave disappointed.
