I always stop by and buy something because I work 250 meters away. When I went with my vegan girlfriend, they said that they were a vegetarian concept but that they could prepare some products directly upon our request. Your mention of the hair situation felt like it was just made up out of anger and you should go further for judgement. I look at the glass half full and keep going. I feel like they are at least trying to do their best in every sense.
