Hi Nader, thanks so much for stopping by and we are so glad that you enjoyed everything! Thank you for the feedback too, learning what we can do better is very important to us, and helps us learn what changes we can make to get things perfect during our first month of being open. We are changing our fritter recipe slightly so that they all come out with the perfect texture, so we hope to see you again soon! (We are also going to add a spicy sauce that uses lots of fresh jalapeños starting next week - so thanks for the suggestion!)
