I'll start by telling her that it's not a fast food!! all preparations are made in an artisanal way and on the spot! this restaurant is not touristy, that's why it doesn't find the images. he tasted the seitan (which I remember he didn't know what it was) and without saying anything, but only at the waiter's request, as to why he left it, it was deducted from his bill and replaced with the vegan burger. maybe he didn't realize that it's a vegan restaurant..... I am for and support all vegan restaurants in the world!! always and only GO VEGAN a vegan hug
