Hi BlondeVegan, We are sorry to hear about your disappointment. We strive to make the best burgers and are always listening to good and bad feedback in order to make changes where possible. It's difficult to know why someone says a burger is tasteless and another thinks its fantastic? But we are working on improving the taste of the patty in order to make everyone happy! We are only 7 weeks old and are running because of each person that comes through the door and when Vegans say they wish there were more options, it's maybe because some Vegans are quick to dismiss places based on one bad experience. We have 4 burgers plus sides which all deserve to be tried before making a judgement on the overall place. We ask that Vegans give us a chance before saying they would not recommend it to anyone. We are slowly building a strong following but are always keen to understand the reasons behind such harsh criticism so we invite you back to try one of our other burgers and have a chat about your thoughts on the quinoa and black bean burger you were disappointed in.
