Hello Jared, We are sorry you had a bad experience with our restaurant. We try to keep our items in stock as much as possible however being a ghost kitchen inside Yum Village that is not always possible. As per being closed the doors should have been open at 11am. However, we have no control over when the staff opens the doors there.
