sorry about your bad time at zest. we have definitely improved since then and it sounds like our chef was having an off night. Not sure what the experimental dish was! we don't try to be trendy, we just try and serve good food, which in my opinion is really great now, including larger portion sizes. hopefully you guys can give us 1 more shot. and next time don't be afraid to call the restaurant and talk to a manager, there is nothing we can do now about quality control, especially in instances like this where we don't see the review for almost 3 years! going on year 5, hopefully we are doing something right or we wouldn't still be here. thanks for the feedback!
