Thank you for your review. The room you stayed in has a full-sized wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with drawers, and a suitcase fold-out table for unpacking. We would have happily provided more hangers if you had asked a friendly staff member. We ask guests to leave a sign on their door handle if they require rooms to be cleaned and restocked - otherwise, we will respect their privacy and not enter the room. We apologise that you felt cold, but we like to think we are all friendly enough to approach regarding any problems or issues which are very easily resolved. It would have just been a case of turning the thermostat up. We are glad that you liked the lunch you had during your stay, although it is a shame that you did not try dinner which is a completely different experience altogether. Our breakfast is a help-yourself buffet with a daily choice of 2 hot options and endless artisan tea and coffee. You were able to help yourself to as much as you wanted, and we are sorry this wasn't made clear. The Saorsa Team
