Over 10-minutes is slow for a burger? Hm, you've got high standards. Perhaps you need to slow down and relax a bit :-) Actually, I live locally and do not recognize the patty they use; perhaps it's custom-made for them. The BEST store-bought patties I've ever had used to be made by the local Sunrise Tofu company -- they were so tasty and had all sorts of great flavours such as curry, teriyaki, etc. (using actual tofu, not soy protein etc.), but unfortunately they were ahead of their time by about 10 or 15 years including their great flavoured soy-milks which they did before anyone else was: cappuccino, coffee, almond, x-mas nog, chocolate... again, too far ahead of their time.
