Hi Nhii - so sorry that you didn't find us. We are on the rooftop of Time Out Market (5th floor). We recently opened The Rogue Boba on the first floor selling bubble tea which is probably what you saw. If you are local or are back in Dumbo please come find us on the rooftop and we will take good care of you! (Views of the city are an added bonus!)
