I've changed my opinion of the pasta/roasted garlic wine sauce. This is from my visit in August, so it may have improved by now. This time, I asked forit w/Sauteed garlic. But it Still wasn't garlicky enough ( it must have been sauteed for too long), and couldn't taste the onions. They were obviously overcooked. Finally, the wine sauce was as thin as water. The other times I've ordered it, it was a fair amount thicker. And creamy. They must have a new chef. So next time, I'll order one of the Other pasta dishes , and ask for lightly cooked onions and garlic.
