Thank you for your review. While I understand that the dishes might not have been to your taste, I don’t agree about nutritional comment. The cauliflower steak has 21g of protein which I think is pretty ok for a main course (I haven’t counted the wok yet, but knowing how much oyster mushroom and veggies go inside, I think it would be at least as much of protein). Also, nutrition is not only macro, but also all micro elements that vegetables have plenty of :).
