I would like to start by thanking you for your positive review of your first visit, it's always great to hear when someone has such a pleasant experience and I'm glad we made this happen. Moving on, I'm very sorry that your second visit on a Saturday didn't come close to matching your first in terms of both the food and service. It's a shame that the fact that the dish you ordered perhaps wasn't communicated or presented clearly enough on the menu and/or by whoever was serving you. It is in fact a vegan potato rosti, however again my apologies that you understood it differently. Though this is by no means an excuse, but we have only just very recently started trialling out Saturdays, so the menu and service structure are all very much new to us and therefore have required a degree of tweaking and amending accordingly to improve. My utmost apologies again that unfortunately your experience may have been compromised as a result of this. I can assure you that everything is now running a lot smoother on Saturdays and do hope that you'll consider visiting us again soon. Thanks again for taking the time to write such valuable feedback.
