For me the price for the brunch (including a really big buffet and endless water and orange juice) is totally okay (average). Especially for this area where a "normal" breakfast in another cafe / bakery costs almost the same but you only get some bread, cheese and jam... There are many vegan options which are all freshly cooked, and it's a vegetarian / vegan brunch - so unfortunately not completely vegan, I agree with you. Normally everything is refilled if it is enough time left to eat all of it. If they cook another portion and there are only few people left who haven't had something of it, it has to be thrown away afterwards. So it's really difficult to decide whether to cook a third / fourth portion. But I think if you tell them something is gone and you didn't have the chance to try it, maybe they would have refilled it :-)
