never keep anything in your car, valuable or not, long or not. Cafes have no ability to do anything with tents on streets, in the state of the city to mention that as a part of their offering seems unfair and unexpected. it's bigger than what you can expect from food servers, to control the streets... I appreciate knowing though that there is only 1 option, that helps. thanks... probably will pass d/t that fact...
