Thank you so much for your review, we have over 28 dishes on our menu, 26 can be adapted to vegetarian and 20 to vegan. Our menu shows which dish can be adapted as well as gluten free for all of our celiac friends. We are working on the timing as everything is done from scratch, but we are working on improving.
