Hi Blonde_Elle. We are o sorry to learn you visited us while we were closed. Sadly there is only two of us that operate the business. We have the shop and a trailer that we take to events during the summer. We do post on our social media the days when the shop will be closed well in advance. It does also say on our listing on Happy Cow that we can close intermittently for events On the 19th Aug, the day of your review, we were at The Farm Animal Sanctuary. This was a weekend event raising money for the sanctuary. Again, sorry you were unable to try our delicious sushi and we hope you will visit us again some time. soon.
