Hello Robpeck98! Thank you for your review which we have read with great interest. Someone else also noted that the Hot & Smoky bao lacked of "hot". There are however jalapenos in the sauce but they are not that strong, indeed. We have decided to keep it this way (i.e. not too hot) because we have another bao that is really spicy ("Spicy shitake") for those who want a real spicy one 😅 Besides, we have changed the name "Hot & Smoky" into "Smokey Smiley", not to mislead our clients and also because we have improved it so as to be more smoky. Concerning the prices, we try to find a balance between being accessible for our (various) clients and our costs (which are high as our products cost a lot). It's a real challenge!
